#2 (Week 1)
Probably the easiest of the 71/2 habits for me would be creating a learning toolbox. Once I've made up my mind to learn something, I don't have a problem acquiring the tools needed to do the job.
The hardest habit would be having the confidence in myself as a competent, effective learner. This is probably why I'm dragging myself into to this "Kicking and Screaming." (Sorry, I hope I don't bore you with that term too often, that's the lack of self-confidence that I just talked about... I'll try to work on that!)

Hopefully you will break your hardest habit with this program because you are doing fantastic! And I love the phrase "Kicking and Screaming" - it makes me laugh every time I read it!

ReplyDeleteDonna,
ReplyDeleteIt's great to see you here on blogger.
If you are having trouble believing in yourself as a lifelong learner, try reflecting on how far you have come and how you keep going. You do amazing things each and day. You've mastered the authoring you need to do on the website and in PowerSchool for the bulletin. You run the phone system (a technology that sends most of us scampering from the room). You are a master of continuing learning.
Believe.
